Return & Refund Policy

At XAPPAREL, every product is carefully prepared to maintain the highest quality standards. Please read our Return & Refund Policy before placing your order.

1. No Returns or Refunds

We do not offer returns or refunds once an order has been delivered.

2. Exchange Policy

Customers may request an exchange within 24 hours of receiving their order.

To be eligible for an exchange, the item must:

  • Be unworn, unused, and unwashed.

  • Have all original tags attached.

  • Be returned in its original packaging.

  • Be accompanied by a valid Order ID or proof of purchase.

Exchange requests made after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted.

3. Exchange Charges

  • If the mistake is from our side (wrong product, damaged item, defective item, or incorrect size sent by us), the exchange will be processed free of charge.

  • If the exchange is due to the customer selecting the wrong size, color, or variant, a ₹200 one-way shipping charge will apply.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing xapparel.in@gmail.com with your Order ID and clear photos of the product.

5. How to Request an Exchange

To request an exchange, email us at xapparel.in@gmail.com with:

  • Order ID

  • Reason for the exchange

  • Clear photos of the product (if applicable)

Please do not send any item back without prior approval from our support team. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

6. Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

  • Exchange requests made after 24 hours of delivery.

  • Used, washed, damaged, or altered products.

  • Products without original tags or packaging.

  • Gift cards.

  • Clearance or sale items (unless received damaged or incorrect).
